Who We Are
Building Relationships, One Project at a Time
C&R Plumbing in Springfield, Oregon was founded in 2005. After earning his journeyman’s license in 2003 and working for other companies for a few years, our founder Craig Arney decided to start his own plumbing business. Over the next several years C&R Plumbing has steadily grown. In 2019, Eithan Bays, a plumber with C&R since 2012, became co-owner. Today, C&R Plumbing is proud to say we have a staff of nine full-time plumbers and two part-time employees.
At C&R, we primarily work on new construction projects including new single-family homes, multifamily housing, and commercial businesses including design-build projects. While new construction is our primary focus, we also have a growing service department. We also do quite a bit of remodeling work on all types of houses and buildings.
C&R is proud of the customer service we provide to our clients. Our mission is to provide quality work, on time, and at a reasonable rate. Our vision can be summed up in one word: relationships. At C&R, we believe that if you build relationships with your customers, you develop a level of trust and respect that keeps them coming back. Our motto is to “under-promise and over-deliver.” While it may sound cliché, we mean it. We always listen to the customer, tell the truth, and strive to always exceed their expectations.
Employees at C&R are family. Our team embraces our mission, believes in our vision, and fully embraces our motto. Our relationships with each other extend well past 9-5. We share life outside of work together, too. We are a team that works hard and plays hard. We celebrate the work we do and don’t take ourselves too seriously.
Community Partnerships
At C&R Plumbing, our values extend beyond the pipes and projects. We take pride in our meaningful partnerships with organizations that share our values of care and community upliftment. Through these alliances, we extend our helping hand to make a difference in the lives of those around us. Some of our valued community partners include the Eugene Pro Rodeo, 4H, Oregon High School Equestrian Team Inc, and the Oregon FFA Association. Join us in acknowledging the power of community, where C&R Plumbing plays a part in building stronger and more connected relationships.
