C&R Plumbing in Springfield, Oregon was founded in 2005.  After earning his journeyman’s license in 2003 and working for other companies for a few years, our founder Craig Arney decided to start his own plumbing business.  Over the next several years C&R Plumbing has steadily grown. In 2019, Eithan Bays, a plumber with C&R since 2012, became co-owner.  Today, C&R Plumbing is proud to say we have a staff of nine full-time plumbers and two part-time employees.

At C&R, we primarily work on new construction projects including new single-family homes, multifamily housing, and commercial businesses including design-build projects. While new construction is our primary focus, we also have a growing service department. We also do quite a bit of remodeling work on all types of houses and buildings.

C&R is proud of the customer service we provide to our clients. Our mission is to provide quality work, on time, and at a reasonable rate. Our vision can be summed up in one word:  relationships. At C&R, we believe that if you build relationships with your customers, you develop a level of trust and respect that keeps them coming back. Our motto is to “under-promise and over-deliver.”  While it may sound cliché, we mean it. We always listen to the customer, tell the truth, and strive to always exceed their expectations.
